ASK A DIETITIAN

Specialist, sincere and successful support.

I'm Laura Coster and I became a Dietitian because I wanted to use my love of science and medicine combined with my passion for nutrition to help others.

I have experience across the NHS, private healthcare and corporate environments since 2010 and have been lucky enough to work with amazing patients, helping them achieve success across a full range of dietary needs. My high level of care and commitment to my patients has been commended and seeing their success is what drives me as a Dietitian. My focus is, and always will be, the people that I work with.

I am passionate about creating a sustainable approach that works for individuals. My goal is to find my clients' particular route to improvement, working with them rather than against them, and using my experience to guide rather than enforce. I am proud to be a champion of this highly effective and long lasting approach, which shows in the outcomes I have achieved with my patients.
